| The next few minutes were a blur. An announcement about someone getting hurt, but Garry was too distracted to pay attention to which number they were. He ran for the door, taking care to skirt the wall around the Lady in Blue. How did he know that was her name? He couldn't read the nameplate from here.
The door was electronically locked so there was no knob. It didn't shake at all as he banged his fists on it, screaming a word he didn't understand. It seemed to come from his subconscious. "IB!"
Just like with the rose comment he was only dimly aware of what was truly going on. His mind was somewhere else. Somewhere dark and full of enemies. Somewhere that he'd promised a little girl they would escape from.
"Ib, if you're out there, run! I'll find you!"
It wasn't a promise so he couldn't break it. If he lived he would find her. She was more important. She was always more important. She had parents who were looking for her. She had to escape the gallery. Gallery? While the memories came flooding back, at the same time the scene started to fade. Was that a needle in the statue's hand? No, it had a head. A painting? Why would they be injecting him? The Lady in Blue was laughing. The room began to darken even though the sun was still there. The fake sunlight. It was warm. My, what he would give for a quick nap.
The medicine worked quickly. Sedative? Perhaps. Perhaps it was something more. After all it wouldn't do to have their test subject remember too much of their old life now would it?
"Test Subject Number Nineteen in Lab 12D has been dealt with. Thank you for your patience. The lab observation room is now open again."

Ironically, Yosuke doesn't have high grades =w=
Sorry for the delay. Been a tad busy lately ^^;; Yosuke opened his eyes slowly. His entire body felt as if he had been ran over by a truck several times, and a wave of pain washed over him whenever he tried to move. It seemed like he wasn't going to be doing much for a while. Or at least, he thought. Knowing the scientists, they probably have some sort of medicine that allows the human body to recover faster. If they can somehow grant the ability to manipulate winds to a teen, surely they can speed up healing processes, right?"Subject Thirty-One." The sound of a scientist's voice caught Yosuke's attention, and he glanced over to see a few of them talking in the corner of the room he was in. Judging by the beds and various machines, he was in the medical wing of the facility. A place he had went to several times before due to complications when he first arrived at the laboratories.
It had been a long time, but he could clearly recall often fading in and out of consciousness as they continuously ran tests on his body using bizarre devices. Once they scanned him fully and deemed all the information they required, that was when they began the alterations. He remembered the sharp pains of the needles, and getting sick after the strange concoctions he had to consume or drink. It took a while, but the pains eventually subsided...
But now, it was beginning to feel quite a bit like the dark day they had began altering him... And it made him shudder to think about the memories. It could make for a great horror story... The brunette thought before turning his attention back to the scientists."Usually Subject Thirty-One consistently completes each test without a single mistake. Something must have disrupted his regular thinking process.""Do you think if might have been that socialising experiment the psychology department has been trying? Maybe something is happening, after all! And we thought those guys were crazy...""Whatever it is, I won't allow it interfering with my test subjects. I prefer clean, untampered data. If you keep adding so many variables and questionable information into the mix, it simply won't do." Yosuke recognised the last scientist as Wilson Higgsbury, a stern man with rather physic defying hair. He knew from experience that Higgsbury was not one to anger, unless you fancied being the next thing he put into a test tube..."I'm not sure if they will be willing to allow you to remove subjects from the test, Higgsbury... But I'm sure they'll have exceptions. I'll be sure to take it up with them in the next meeting. With that, the scientists left the room. The lone doctor who was patrolling the room came over adjusted the knobs and dials on the machine hooked up to Yosuke's arm. Without warning, he soon found himself slipping away into darkness once more...

If even Yukiko can't bring his grades up with their study sessions, he's a lost cause.
It's fine to be late. :) "That's the first time that's happened. What was the variable?""The art piece was the only thing changed."I'll note that down. Tell your partner to figure out what made this piece in particular a trigger."Yes, sir.""What was he screaming about?""I don't know, sir. I'll have him dropped off at the infirmary."Slowly the darkness faded to white, then to sight once more. As his eyes caught a glimpse of someone in a white coat he knew to remain still and close his eyes once more. Don't let them know you're awake. His breathing was steady as he lay pretending to sleep. With any luck it would be enough to fool the doctor walking around. What happened? I was performing the usual tasks, and then everything is fuzzy. Was I injured? After hearing the footsteps pass again he risks opening his eyes. He's on his side and the sound is behind him. Great, he'll be able to see for a time after the doctor makes his rounds. While the man is stationary Garry's lets his eyesight wander and take in the surroundings. The infirmary was a new place to him as he'd never injured himself badly enough to warrant a visit. The room is a blank white like everywhere else. Various apparatuses line the walls near each bed. Some of them he knows to be normal hospital equipment while others don't seem very pleasant. The footsteps picked up again and he shut his eyes once more. Please pass quickly. It seemed longer than before but they did pass. Upon opening his eyes again Garry noticed another person a few beds down. Although his angle wasn't the best the hair was easily seen and recognizable. Yosuke? A machine next to the other subject's bed beeped in a repeating rhythm. A heart beat monitor most likely. Did his own bed have one? There was no such sound closer to him which was strange. Surely they would care enough to monitor an injured subject's vitals? Maybe hsi injury wasn't severe enough to warrant it.Severe like Yosuke's.What happened to Yosuke?Every time the doctor passed behind him Garry used the hand of the arm he was laying on to wave at Yosuke. Every time. Eventually he would wake up and see the gesture and know he wasn't alone. Eventually he would wake up. Eventually. "Good morning, Ib. How are you feeling?" Again that had been his own voice. Again he wanted to know who this 'Ib' was. And again why the name filled him with both joy and sorrow at the same time. And again he wanted to know if the random phrases at odd times were memories.Yet they weren't as important now as the boy in the other bed.Wake up, Yosuke...Garry continued the waving routine. It would be seen. It had to be.

Well, she tried =w= maybe Narukami could try to help?
Latey late lateness :3 It seemed like an eternity before Yosuke finally saw the wave. Doctors and nurses often came by to check on them; it seemed like they were the only friendly staff. Or at least, that was what they had been told to act like. For all anyone knew, someone in the psychology department could have made an experiment related to people healing faster when in the company of someone trust worthy. It was possible - everything seemed possible here.
A doctor soon came by to change the settings on the machine before walking away. The teen regained consciousness once more. It appeared that the machine was somehow capable of immediately causing patients to fall asleep. He decided to take note of that; it could come in handy sometime in the future.
Experimenting a little, Yosuke discovered he could move without much pain now, though when he studied the chart beside his bed, it didn't look as if his condition had improved that greatly. Muscular damage from the impact, it appears... Ugh, why wasn't I paying attention to what I was doing? Now the others are all going to be wondering where I am... Some leader you are, Yosuke.Leader. Somehow, the word brought back more memories. A faded image of a boy his age, with short gray hair. His bangs were swept to the side, revealing calm gray eyes. He seemed to be smiling at him, and reaching out his hand. "Come on, Yosuke. It's all over. We finally did it!" While the vision made him feel better, it also gave him a pang of sadness. He pushed it away and returned to surveying the room he was in for anything exciting. He was an easily bored youth, so being stuck in a bed didn't help his mood all that much.
Someone in one of the other beds caught his eye. Partially because they were waving to him. He soon recognised who it was. Garry?! What is he doing here? Not only that, but he looks completely unhurt... What's going on? Yosuke frowned, but returned the gesture weakly. It seemed that whatever medicine they gave him to stop the pain was beginning to wear off, and he flinched at the sharpness that moving his arm caused.
Before he could pass out again, he attempted to explain the situation. In the air, he made a running action with his index and middle finger, and mimed the little person running into a barricade. That was all he could do before his vision began to darken once more.- OOC:

| Number 64 stirred slowly as he began to regain consciousness. He sat up to get a better feeling of his surroundings. His head spun slightly as he did so. The room looked like one from the medical wing. He was used to seeing it, the scientists always used to rush him here thinking he was hurt for good when he first arrived. Of course by the time they hooked him up to machines and prepped themselves for surgery he was a fit as could be. Since, he hadn't seen this wing until now. He was alone in his room, but there was an uncomfortable feeling of being watched. The mirror on the wall across from him seemed odd and out of place. He assumed it was a one way mirror, and someone was watching closely. Was this a new feature to the medical wing? He had no idea, but it was unsettling. Anyone could be one the other side watching his every move.
After a few minutes of sitting there staring around, a man in an escorts uniform came to collect the revived test subject. Number 64 followed, this time without problems. He wasn't stupid enough to try again right away. Once the exited the medical room he was guided right across the hall. It was confusing, but he wasn't going to argue.
Inside was a sinister looking OR. With a deep sigh Number 64 began the tests again.- ooc:
I'm leaving these open ending so someone can feel free to interrupt if they want.

Willy comes to say hi! After observing some of his test subjects' conditions in the medical wing, Wilson finally returned to his work. Which was, of course, experimenting on the non-injured test subjects. He glanced down at his schedule; according to it, he was to run some tests on Test Subject number Sixty-Four. Ah, yes... One of the subjects from the PED. We still haven't quite figured out what exactly he can do yet. Maybe today will be the day we finally find something out?The scientist was meant to overlook a special operation that was to be done on the subject. He made his way to the said room where it was going to be done, and awaited the subject and the rest of the small team of staff to come in. He was exactly on time. And being one to be strict with exact timing, he wasn't happy when the others arrived late."What took you so long? You are wasting precious science time." He said with an unwavering stare as they came into the dimly lit room. The interior vaguely resembled something out of a horror movie to most, but seemed like a scientist's dream to Wilson. He was often called something of a mad scientist, but merely brushed it off as a deep devotion to science."W-we're sorry, Higgsbury. The subject seemed to get in a bit of trouble, so we had to retrieve him from the medical wing. We apologise for the inconvenience." One of the other scientists replied as the escort directed the subject to the operating table."As long as the operation goes smoothly, I suppose I will overlook it." The shadows the limited light cast upon his face made him look rather intimidated as he watched. "Remember, I'm only an overlooking scientist, so if any problems occur, it will be by your hands, although I will step in and help if anything major happens. You may proceed." Despite his proper air, he was a bit jealous, wanting to do something more than stand around watching. He was a scientist, after all...- OOC:

| Number Thirteen was a peculiar case at the Petunia Petal Laboratories; no matter how hard the entire facility looked, they couldn't locate the shy test subject anywhere. It was as if he had turned invisible. In fact, that was exactly what had happened. Though the scientists were perfectly aware of this ability he had, it didn't help the fact they couldn't find him. He could easily have left the entire building and be living out somewhere in the world, and they wouldn't know. They eventually gave up on the search and considered him dead.
Of course, both of those predictions were wrong.
Test Subject Thirteen was still in the facility. He wasn't sure what made him stay, but he did. Something deep inside told him that, one day, he could potentially help rescue all the other test subjects... Though he often dismissed it as unrealistic thinking. However, he still remained, hiding out in different, low traffic areas of the laboratories, watching silently from the shadows. It was a lonely life, but he couldn't do much... Not yet...
So far, it had been an ordinary day for him, besides a conversation that piqued his interest. Whilst a group of test subjects had been gathered into a room to socialise, Thirteen had been able to get into it without attracting any attention, obviously due to his invisibility. As he listened in on their discussion, hope suddenly flooded into him. If they had some sort of plan, he could definitely help them out! That is, if he could somehow reveal himself to them without setting off the alarms...Unless I just stay behind in the shadows until they all escape... Then I could probably show myself. Yes, that would probably be smarter. He thought as he left the room moments before the other test subjects did. The blonde made his way towards the medical wing, though he wasn't quite sure what drew him there. He found several test subjects there, almost all of them injured and in the process of recovering. However, one of them caught his attention - one that didn't appear to be hurt at all.
His number was Sixty-Four; Thirteen knew about a lot of subjects from observing them, and Sixty-Four was no exception. Like him, he had been placed in the Physically Enhanced Division. It seemed he had accelerated healing or something, for he recovered quickly. As Thirteen watched, an escort came and lead him out of the medical room. Out of curiosity, the invisible youth followed after.
They took him to an operating room of sorts. Thirteen immediately recognised it, and the instruments inside. Recalling an incident that had happened a while ago to another test subject in the very room, he cringed. On that day, he had made a silent vow not to let it happen again. He just couldn't bear to witness a second time. Out of instinct, he grabbed one of the nearby flasks and threw it out of the room; it smashed against the wall down the hallway, shattering into pieces. Startled and confused, most of the scientists left to see what had happened. The last one remained, the 'overseer'. Fortunately, Thirteen had somewhat of a plan.
Taking a crumbled up ball of paper he found on the ground, he tossed it at the scientist's head. The scientist scowled, picking up the paper and muttering about finding the culprit who threw it. He stormed out into the hallway.
Thirteen took this chance to run over to Sixty-Four. For a brief moment, he came out of his invisible state. "H-hey, come on. You should get out of this room... It's really dangerous." He said in a quiet voice, an embarrassed blush growing on his face. It had been such a long time since he had talked face to face with someone, and he felt extremely self conscious.- OOC:
