Now introducing the ability to create and join as an original (non-canonical) character! With your rather charming administrator, Yosuke~ (What do you mean, I'm not charming?)
Anyways, let's go over the basics.
All site rules apply when creating your character, which means no Mary Sues/Gary Sues. This means you can't have a completely flawless, perfect character who can do everything. That is not going to make anyone happy. Make sure you add in flaws and lots of interesting quirks that make them unique and not over powered!
It is perfectly acceptable to have your character to be from a certain fandom/universe. For example only, you may have a Medic character (from Team Fortress 2) but it could be a female named Paula Smith and have a totally different personality from the original Medic from Team Fortress 2. Perfectly acceptable!
If your character is from a universe you created entirely yourself, that's completely okay as well! Just make sure you either give us a brief description about him/her/it/they, or link us to a page where we may find the information.

Personality - A very loud, bouncy kid who rarely ever stops moving. He sometimes forgets his manners, which often results in scolding from adults. He finds himself in trouble a lot, whether it was his fault or not. Despite his bold demeanour, he can be quite sensitive at times.
Hobbies/Jobs - Playing with toy space ships
Origin - (Not associated with any fandom)
History - Not much can be said; Bob is a normal kid who lives in New York City, in USA.
Abilities - Limited telekinesis
Picture - N/A
Other - Has a strong love for pickles wrapped in cheddar cheese.
Short Paragraph -
A little boy by the name of Bob Jones was running wildly about the public park, a bright red spaceship clutched in his fists. As he 'flew' the ship up and down through the air, he made loud 'WOOSH!'ing noises, conveying the engines' sounds. As he played with his toy, he wasn't paying much attention to the ground, so when he suddenly tripped over a tree root sticking out of the ground, it took him completely by surprise.
